Huan-Yu Chen (Ray) is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Electrical Engineering at National Tsing Hua University (NTHU), Taiwan. He received his B.S. degree and Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, under the supervision of Prof. Chi-Chun Lee (Jeremy), from NTHU in 2018 and 2024, respectively. In addition, he serves as the Chief Technology Officer at AHEAD Medicine (since 2024).

His research centers on integrating deep learning and signal processing for medical data and clinical applications. By developing innovative methods to enhance healthcare analytics and decision-making, he aims to advance Clinical AI applications. He is a Graduate Student Member of IEEE. He has published 3 journal articles and 13 conference papers so far.

He has participated in collaborative research projects with Cathay Financial Holdings, Johnson & Johnson (J&J), Allianz, BabyAI, eBizprise, and BeBit Usergram, focusing on health analytics and human behavior signal processing. He is the recipient of the NTHU Principal Outstanding Student Scholarship (2019–2022).
