Chin-po, chen is a Ph.d student in Electrical Engineering under supervision of Prof. Chi-Chun (Jeremy) Lee in Behavioral Informatics & Interaction Lab (BIIC Lab) at National Tsing Hua University start from (Year 2017).

His research interests are AI solution in mental health application, Automatic Speech Analysis, Automatic speech recognition. He has involved in long term interdisciplinary academic research project: The "Development of Objective Computational Algorithms for Modeling Atypical Socio-Communicative Multimodal Behaviors during Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS) Interview Sessions" with Dr. Susan Shur-Fen Gau, and he has published a journal paper at Computer Speech & Language（CSL), 1 conference paper at IEEE International Conference on Multimedia & Expo (ICME), 1 conference paper  IEEE international Conference on Acoustics, Speech, & Signal Processing (ICASSP), and 1 conference paper at Interspeech, 1 in IEEE transaction on Biomedical Engineering. He has engaged in 4 projects: Automatic Speech Recognition web service, development of Taiwanese forced alignment, Taiwanese Hakka pronunciation assessment. Also, he has participated in 2 Automatic Speech Recognition: SLT challenge 2019, FSW challenge 2018. Last but not least, he has 4+ years experience in Automatic Speech Recognition development, acoustic signal processing, and researches related to Autism Spectrum Disorder.
